Living room with: 1 TV, 1 sofa bed, 1 table and 4 chairs.
Bedroom with double bed of 140 and dressing room. Pillows provided,
duvet cover.
Shower room with washing machine and storage.
Separate WC.
Kitchenette including: 2 hot plates, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary dishes and utensils. Household products (washing up liquid, sponge, cleaning products).
Access to Ile de Ré: 9 mins by car.
Shopping centers: 5 min.
Optional bed and household linen to be defined according to the number of people.
reservation: lease contract, deposit check. Security deposit: 400 €
- an end-of-stay cleaning deposit check
you will be asked on arrival: 50 € (returned if the apartment is in a good state of cleanliness).
Tourist tax to be expected.
Optional cleaning 50 €.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
Non smoking apartment inside.

Appartement très bien placé pour accéder rapidement au centre de la Rochelle et aux accès pour l'ile d'Aix, l'ile de ré et d'Oléron.
