About this apartment rental
The house is from around 1930 and has been redesigned from roof to garden in the last 6 years. The apartment was completed in spring 2018. In the majority of the former barn there is now a beautiful, exclusive, open apartment of 55sqm with a small French balcony, a view of the stars from the bed (roller blind is also available) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the green courtyard you can set up the garden furniture belonging to the apartment, or smokers will find an ashtray there. You are of course allowed to park directly in front of this entrance. There are also enough free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity on the street. The way into the city to various restaurants, bistros, kebabs and pizza houses, pharmacies, banks, etc. is just a few hundred meters. Supermarkets are also not far, on the outskirts of the small town. You will find great views and a quiet location to the rear and also at night to the street. WiFi included, of course.

App. WEB is a 55sqm, divided on 3 levels, open non-smoking apartment in a converted barn, in the heart of Westerburg with spacious shower room, 180x200cm double bed with comfortable cold foam mattresses and sofa which can also be used as a sofa bed, TV, DVD player, radio's , Games, books (German and English), DVD's, audio books, various pleasant light sources, well-equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, micro / hot air, 2-burner plates, gr. Fridge with freezer compartment, Senseo machine, kettle, toaster, hand mixer etc.. Very suitable for 2-3 adults or families with children. The view into the quiet distance from the dining table and a short walk into the city come together here. Hiking and biking trails start practically on the doorstep and it is not too far from us from the station!
Costs on the spot: The price includes: bed linen, towels (changed weekly), 1 bottle of water, some tea and Senseo-Pad for the start, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, dish towel, dishcloth, hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap, Toilet paper, facial tissues, energy costs, WiFi. We are also happy to offer you a shopping service, just send us your wishes after a firm booking and your fridge will be waiting for you filled. 1 day before departure we kindly ask you to give us an exact departure time.
