A spiral staircase leads up to the stylish double bed sleeping area with a balcony to the side of the lake, which offers a wonderful view over the tree tops to the lake and mountains.
The spacious, bright bathroom is in the basement with daylight. A cloakroom in front offers plenty of storage space, with the entrance via the private staircase to the basement.

The adjacent private park is a highlight and an oasis. Here the tranquility of nature unites with the immediate proximity to the lively hustle and bustle in the town center and at the lake.
A residential path leads past the art historically significant Church of St. Maria delle Grazie, center of the summer "Gravedona Chamber Music Festival" and ends after approx. 100 m at the private parking lot in front of the parking lot of your holiday home, the former guard house of the nearby villa.
