In the center of the village and 30 meters from the beach, small studio (20 m2) in a beautiful old residence with lift.
Sofa bed with comfortable bedding, dining area, small equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet.
Cliff walks, swimming, canoeing, restaurants, terraces, mini-market, bakery… everything is close by!

Étions comme convenu à 2 pas de la mer. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Alentours magnifiques ! seuls bémols : Restaurants à Etretat pour la plupart de piètre qualité et très chers et la vie s'arrête vers 21h30 en plein été ...

Rien à dire sur le studio mais pas de wifi ni tv. A l'heure actuelle ce n'est pas normal de louer sans ces deux choses . Surtout quand on est seule ! Les personnes que j'ai vu on trouvé cela anormal. Prix élevé par conséquent car j'ai su le prix de l'apppartement à coté qui lui a une chambre et beaucoup plus grand avec wifi et tv. Il faudrait revoir la copie. Quant à la propriétaire elle m'a parlé d'un pass pour 3 jours pour le parking et c'est strictement faux. Je me suis renseignée auprès de personnes et même de la police ! Voilà ce que je devais dire .

Logement très bien placé avec vue superbe. Dommage qu'il faille monter sur un escabeau pour en profiter car il n'y a pas de fenêtre mais des lucarnes en hauteur.
