ThemiLia’s proximity to the sea is breathtaking; Access to the sea is private and direct; the water is only 10 steps away! The sea provides a continuous breeze; a perfect balance. In its 400 sq m garden, you can relax and profit the sun by laying down on the comfortable sun beds or enjoy yourselves by having a barbeque.
The house is totally renovated by Themis and Evagelia Panagiotakopoulos, in 2019, who put all their interest and sensitivity in making it the ideal place for the visitors to enjoy themselves and provide for every wish and comfort!
The interior of the house bears the unique taste of the owners, who took care of every detail, so as to make your holidays unforgettable! As you enter the interior of the house by the front terrace, you will see the cosy, air-conditioned living room, equipped with a flat screen TV and decorated in unique style, making you feel at home! In the fully equipped kitchen you can find everything you may need so as to prepare and enjoy your meals! You will always find a welcome basket at the kitchen table, waiting for you, as an act of friendship from the owners! The house has two beautifully decorated bedrooms, which have big comfortable king size beds and matresses (1 king size bed each bedroom)! In total, the house can accommodate 7 to 8 people by making use of the big sofa – couches in the living room. The house has also a brand new bathroom with shower and washing machine.
ThemiLia is also a baby and children friendly house, equipped with all the necessary equipment (baby cots, high chairs etc) so as to accommodate the little visitors. In case you need this kind of equipment, please let us know, in advance.
The house has both east and west oriented balconies, so as to profit every moment of day and night, offering you a choice of the view you prefer! At the entrance of the house you will find a lovely veranda with view to the the lawn garden, the sandy beach and the sea.
