The whole condo was excellent great price and very clean

THE MAIN SHOWER DID NOT WORK BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT

I liked the pool and how it connects to the beach. it was clean and comfortable, it felt like home.

one of the lights didn’t work in our room and we had to push the door for it to like fully close and lock it. Also one of the tvs wouldn’t connect to the internet and the codes to the doors were wrong, we had to call security in order to get in from the parking and the pool area because those codes are old.

The views were beautiful. Property is equipped with great amenities and we would definitely stay here again!

I liked the location of the property. I loved the condo. It was very nice, beautiful, and comfy. It was super convenient and right on the water. It was everything I hoped it would be ;)

Getting a parking pass was a nightmare! Every day for 3 days I had to go to the property desk and explain my situation in attempts to get a parking pass. I never received my $50 credit that booking.com overcharged me for. Vasaca gave me the run around then someone told me to reach out booking.com which didn’t help cuz in the end I ended paying out of pocket for parking pass even though I was scheduled to check out the following morning. The desk staff made us aware that this has been an ongoing issue with Vasaca for over a year. Apparently they are not a good company to do business with. I did not like that the toilet in the main bathroom backed up and overflowed. My guest and I had to use the guest bathroom because of this issue for one night. The staff on the property helped unclogged the toilet because no one at Vasaca arrived or could help us. Ridiculous! I did not like that there were not enough cookware. There were several skillets, but only one pot. I had to rotate everything out of that one pot. Lastly, I found it disappointing that one of the knobs on the jet tub in the guest bathroom was loose and did not work. My friends wanted to take a bath on the jet tub but they could not because only the hot water worked. What a shame! Also, we needed more bathroom towels. We did not find them until the end of the stay. They were underneath the sink in the main bathroom cabinet when they should have been on the shelf in the cabinets. My guest was disappointed. I reached out to visit for help but no one arrived or told us where they were. I spent half of my stay on the phone chatting with Vasaca to resolve these issues. Most were not resolved.
