Bianca Relais, by R Collection Hotels

This property is incredibly special. The rooms are massive, beautifully decorated and the staff are very helpful! Private use of the spa was also a wonderful extra as was the steam room in our hotel room. There are only a handful of rooms so everything feels very personal, quiet and private. The views of the lake are divine.

One of the best residential experiences I had ever, suite view is breathtaking the stuff care of every single detail is amazing, for sure will visit it again.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautifully designed and appointed in terms of the room accommodations. It is easy to reach by car and close to many interesting places to visit. Breakfast is good.

The restaurant menu is very limited and too unusual for someone who wants just some classic northern Italian pastas, etc. I think they are trying too hard to be sophisticated. Also, they need to add a swimming pool! It was incredibly hot and when we returned every day from our outings we just wanted to relax in a pool. There is a lovely space that could easily accommodate a pool and they should seriously consider adding one. Lastly, we changed rooms upon arrival because the smaller room that we originally booked had a horribly view. You must book a room with a view of the lake, even if it’s a partial view. Beware of the shower floor surface…it is extremely slippery when wet!

Staff fantastic - nothing too much trouble Food absolutely amazing

Would have liked a swimming pool but the lido is close by so not the end of the world
