This amazing three bedroom villa is located on the coastline in a pristine area near Cavo Greco National Park - only 500 metres from Mimosa Beach.
Staying in this amazing villa means that you will wake up each morning to the sounds of the sea, and once you are up you will enjoy sea magnificent sea views from every level.
This villa oozes style, luxury and comfort. As you walk in, there is a large living area with two set of sliding doors leading out to spacious swimming pool area and well-kept mature garden.
There is one bathroom with shower room on this level.
The en-suite master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and another two double bedrooms which share family bathroom are located on the first floor.

Another fantastic holiday staying at this villa, from initial booking to the last day the communication was clear and informed.The villa is great for families or groups plenty of space, good size pool which was regularly cleaned and fantastic views. A bus stop is a couple of mins walks away with regular buses to Ayia Napa and Protaras if you don't want to use your car - 2 or 3 each way depending on time of day but you can buy weekly tickets. There are two restaurants nearby both doing fantastic Cypriot food and well worth a visit.If you have a car the best large supermarket is the Metro in Paralimni and Nicks bottle shop and exchange in protaras is also worth a visit for alcohol.Mimosa beach is 5 mins walk along the costal path or 5 mins the opposite direction takes you to a boardwalk/ jetty and metal steps down into the sea along the rocky coastline.Fig Tree Bay beach lovely but does get busy early.We would definitely look to book this Villa again.

Spend 14 days as a couple at Villa Venus early November. In front of the Villa there is a unpaved path alongside the sea. By 10 minutes walk you can reach first sandy beaches. The villa is well equipped and furnished. Beds are comfortable, for some maybe a bit small. The terrace area is protected only by awning jet we had there direct sun only in the first morning hours. Pool area was also well equipped and we enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Stunning views, silence even in the high pick season, close vincinity to shops and nice restaurants makes this villa a great base for a longer stay in Cyprus.
