Lovely private garden beautifully kept. comfy beds with spare bedding available in case it was cold, great bathrooms, nice location. Very clean. We noticed lots of entertainment options too.
Oven door didn't shut properly, didn't find sunshade for back garden, septic tank a bit niffy (lots of rain the week before) One of our group was very concerned about the safety of a toddler around the staircase, bannisters etc to the master bedroom.

A small walk to the beach but not difficult. Closer to estuary which is beautiful in itself
