Apartamento con todos los detalles. Comunicación y amabilidad de la propietaria. Todo limpio, camas cómodas. Se descansa bien. Algo alejado del centro pero buena comunicación en transporte público.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, gut aufgeteilte Wohnung mit nettem Balkon und Terrasse, schönes Badezimmer. Luisa hat uns eine Busfahrkarte zur Verfügung gestellt, mit der wir günstiger in die Innenstadt fahren konnten (s. auch andere Bewertungen). Auch gute Tipps für Sevilla. Parkplätze in der Umgebung vorhanden (ohne Gebühr). Nachts absolut ruhig. Mit Bus gute und regelmäßige Anbindung an die Stadt, Fahrzeit abhängig von Verkehr und Tageszeit zw. 35 und 50 Minuten.
Zimmer teilweise mit modrigem Geruch, besonders das Schlafzimmer. Möglicherweise Feuchtigkeitsproblematik. Matratzen und Kissen leider von schlechter Qualität, insbesondere im Kinder-/Gästezimmer. Darauf konnten nicht einmal unsere Kinder schlafen, wir haben es selbst auch probiert. Der Schlafcomfort ist neben Sauerbkeit eigentlich das wichtigste Kriterium bei einer Ferienwohnung. Sehr viele Mücken Ende April, wir alle haben viele Stiche davongetragen. Wohngegend in Ordnung, nicht gerade die gefühlt sicherste Ecke von Sevilla.
