Terrazza al Capo by Wonderful Italy

Honestly I think this place deserves better rating than it has!☺️ The apartment is beautiful, it looks like a french apartment with all the wooden furniture and high ceilings and it is very cosy and nice. Located just a few steps from the famous Teatro Massimo (the best location you can get, quiet, a few steps from the Mercato del Capo and all the popular shops, cafes and restaurants and attractions). Honestly the location was 10/10 (if you want to discover Palermo dont think of any other location cause there is lots of walking and this location was the best). The builing is very nice, the neighbourhood is ok, quiet and safe. Located on the second floor (quite a few steps haha), no noise from the neighbours and you can sleep peacefully👌🏼 - The apartment it is very bright with lots of natural daylight. - Apartment js very spaceous, there is a open space kitchen living room and bedroom with gallery. - The highlight is definitely 2 balconies - one from the bedroom and one from the living room + the wonderful terrace which is so nice for morning breakfast or evening dinners, enjoying Palermo sun and the views of the builings - everything was spotless clean when we came - Bed is very comfortable to sleep - Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (all cutlery, pans, dishes) - There are nespresso capsules for the coffee machine&some tea - There were shampoos for hair and body already provided which is really nice - There was a iron for clothed and a new hairdryer ✌🏼 - TV, different books, 2 airconditionings… It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay 🙂

The only thing I did not like is the fact that the apartment is managed by a large renting company located in Milano - almost impossible to contact if you need help asap, their support is poor, their responds are very slow. If you book this place - please keep in mind that there is a self check in which shoud make things easier but it doesnt - in our case it was horrible, nothing worked as it should (door code…), the location they sent was not correct and we came late at night so they did not respond to calls and messages and we barely find the apartment but with a help of a local we somehow managed. They do eventually respond but very very slow and if you need an assistance in specific moment - good luck with that. Since you are renting by the company you have to fill out 100 documents with alm the details and its just too much work and takes a lot of time. They had an app/website loging for opening the main door of the building but it did not work so we had some issues with that but that did not affect how nice was our experience overall - its just a thing to keep in mind and be prepared. Also one other things is the fact that there were coackroaches everywhere outside the building but the builing already took measures because it was apparently a problem in whole Palermo but the apartment was spotless clean so there were no insects inside so dont worry about that :) One last thing - apartment is well kept overall but the terrace was really neglected (dead plants etc…). That did not bother us but its a small thing to correct to make the stay even better. 🙂 Overall we would definitely book again, these are just small things that could be improved. 🤭

Die Lage ist super, die Dachterrasse ist toll

Die ganzen Formalitäten sind zu umständlich. Die Adresse stimmt nicht!!! Zufällig konnte uns eine Dame aus der Nachbarschaft helfen. Keinerlei Erreichbarkeit, nicht telefonisch, SMS oder WhatsApp. Auf die Nachricht dass wir nicht ins (falsche) Haus kommen kam am nächsten Tag die Frage ob wir denn drin sind. Zuviel App, Zuviel Codes. Zu kompliziert. Es ist Piazza San Gregorius, nicht Via !!!!!

Perfekcyjna lokalizacja, funkcjonalny apartament dobrze wyposażony, bardzo blisko centrum i jednocześnie mozna poczuc lokalny klimat, zdecydowanie polecam

Appartement bien équipé, literie confortable mais canapé un peu fatigué.

L' adresse mal indiquée : ce n'est pas "via san gregorio" mais "PIAZZA san gregorio". Personne pour répondre au téléphone lorsqu'on appelle après 20h. Concernant la cuisine, il manque au moins 1 torchon ou essuie-tout, gant ou manique. Enfin 40 escaliers avant d accéder à l appartement (quand on est jeune ça va mais dans le cas contraire)
