PALM BEACH APARTMENT - Torremolinos

The apartment was larger than I expected and had 2 bathrooms, also unexpected. The block was in a very central position on the sea front and had easy access to the town via the lift. The air conditioning was effective and throughout the apartment. On arrival there was no hot water, the team were good at solving this issue via whatsApp and photos

On arrival we had to walk down from the station. This would have been fine except that we had to walk a further km to get to the lock box. I cannot understand why the location is so far away. It is a good thing we arrived in daylight. The kitchen has only one knife to use for cooking. It is in dire need of sharpening. The showers although effective were hampered by not being on the correct fitting on the wall and directed water at 90 degrees to the wall instead of down on the showerer. We managed to get wet by having less water pressure.

Location and size of apartment

Air con did not work for half our stay. Not enough pillowcases. Staff responses were a bit passive aggresive at times. One of the garage keys did not work. Had to pick up the keys 12 minutes walk away from the apartment in the 3pm heat!

Die Lage war sehr gut und der Pool sehr sauber und ordentlich

Die Ausstattung war sehr mager und die Möbel zum Teil sehr altbacken. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig und es gab nicht mal einen kleinen Staubsauger. Die Küchenausstattung ist auch nicht wirklich gut gewesen und es war teilweise noch dreckig im Schrank. Die Balkon Möbel war sehr ungemütlich wodurch man nicht lange auf dem Balkon sitzen wollte. Dazu hatten alle Handtücher irgendwelche Verfärbungen und der Föhn hat mehr oder weniger gar nicht funktioniert. Die Wände hatten überall Flecken und waren teils schwarz um die Lichtschalter. Es war trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub aber das Geld war es nicht wert.

Niet werkende airconditioning Slechte/geen schoonmaak (zwarte haren in de badkamer en op bedden, snack verpakkingen onder het bed, bloed vlekken op beddengoed en geen 2e set beddengoed aanwezig, keuken zeer gedateerd, geen koffiezetapparaat, botten messen, schuifdeur die niet op slot kan, wasrek viel bijna uit elkaar.)
