Sehr ruhige Lage in einem reinen Wohngebiet. Entfernung fußläufig zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und zum Restaurant max. 1 Km.
Es fehlten die Schlüssel zu den abgeschlossenen Mülleimern.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es alles da, was gebraucht wird. Das Bad ist schön groß und und hat viel Ablagefläche.
Leider machten einige Bereiche einen etwas vernachlässigten Eindruck. Die Küche war nicht so wirklich sauber und braucht mal wieder eine ordentliche Grundreinigung. Eine Jalousie/Wohnzimmerfenster ließ sich nicht rauf und runter fahren. Die Liste der Mängel ließe sich noch verlängern..... Die Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück war zum Glück nicht so störend und ist auch irgendwann abgeschlossen.

Wohnung gut. Fernseher, Wlan,
Matratzen dreckig, Küche teils unsauber, Teppiche weg. Bei Ankunft sehr viele Fruchtfliegen ( Hunderte ).
