Room was great, good bed and linens, and I liked that a small window could be opened for fresh air.y
When I arrived I was told that the airport shuttle had been discontinued, even though I had an email from the same day detailing the hours it would be available.

Clean and modern. Close to Revere beach so good for a walk locally
No airport shuttle bus service, despite being told there was one when booking
No bar or food facilities, again not given that information when booking
Very little around for meal options

Proximity to Fenway
Common areas and public restrooms dirty. The initial registration clerk (female) was abrupt and rude. Dismissed questions about check in and did not have time to listen to questions
