Great location, very close to La Mata and the beach. Private car park is a big plus and the security feels very good. The room is small but has everything you need and is well equipped. Lovely balcony with evening sunshine. It has all the amenities you could want, including thoughtful extras like salt and pepper, shower gel, hand wash, dish soap and toilet roll. There is also a hairdryer and even hair traighteners available. WiFi worked perfectly throughout the stay.
A few small issues that could easily improve the stay. The toilet does not flush properly and often takes three or four attempts without fully clearing. The toilet roll holder also falls off every time it is touched. The shower head does not have a proper holder that can be used while showering, so replacing this would make a big difference. Swimming pool too cold to use. Would be great in summer.

Die Lage war sehr gut, ruhig gelegen, ein schöner Park ganz in der Nähe, ein Supermarkt um die Ecke, der Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Einen Parkplatz gab es immer vor der Tür auf der Strasse, aber es gibt auch einen kostenlosen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Die Küche hatte alles erforderliche. Im Bad gab es sogar Duschzeug und so weiter. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein, für eine Woche aber durchaus ausreichend.
Eine zweite Überdecke im Schrank wäre schön gewesen. Wir als Deutsche sind es nicht gewöhnt, mit Nicht-Ehe-/Lebenspartnern unter einer Decke zu schlafen. Es gab aber ein zweiten Bettbezug im Schrank. Und das Problem kannten wir bereits aus anderen Urlauben.
