Simple, pleasant and no frills. Staff are top notch, friendly and eager to help. Food was homely and large portions provided.

Breakfast was the best meal. The food was very good and had a homely touch. The staff is very very helpful. There is a pleasant atmosphere all around. It is also close to the sightseeing locations for which the staff supplied us with numbers of auto and cab services.

The spread included fresh pastries, a variety of hot and cold options, and friendly staff who remembered regular guests’ preferences. Lunch, while pricey, was tasty and well‑prepared. The menu offered a good selection of local dishes and the flavors were consistently good, making it worth the extra cost for a quick, enjoyable midday meal. Overall, the property combines a cozy, home‑like feel with reliable, quality food. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with solid dining options.

The food is the best part about Anandvan. They make wonderful food and feed you well. The dinner, the breakfast... everything was perfect. Plenty, and all of it delightful. The place is quiet, and there are trees around. There are also facilities like a common playing area where you can play carrom, TT and foosball. You could also carry your badminton kit and there is enough place to play. The swimming pool is also cleaned up and maintained.

The bathroom in the room is a complete letdown. The bathrooms and toilets are separate, like in old Mumbai flats. Not the experience you wish to have in a resort. I believe the Gulmohar suites in the property have proper bathrooms. Even these are not quite what you expect in a resort.
