We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay in the condo.

It was very spacious with plenty of room for 6 people. It had everything we needed and was in a beautiful location. We really enjoyed spending time on the lanai and loved the trees and plants surrounding the property. The welcome basket was also nice and we loved the pool area.

The shower curtain had mold but it was replaced very quickly. There was also dirt/mold on the ceiling in the smaller bedroom by the air vent.

Disappointing

Beach access and pool

Cleanliness of the property and responsiveness of staff wasn’t great. They did not provide us with a dish sponge for washing dishes and the body soap container in the master was empty. I texted, emailed and called for assistance and was told that they could not get a hold of the property manager. After 5 days of trying to remedy the situation, I finally gave up. The ceiling above the living room had some kind of stain or mildew on it that was really unsightly and worrisome. Some of the cups and silverware still had dried up food on them and had to be rewashed, but since we did not have a sponge I had to use a kitchen towel to wash them. The grill outside did not work properly. It wouldn’t get hot enough to cook our steaks, and so we had to grill inside which caused the entire apartment to get smokey, even with the stove hood turned on.

Outstanding location, exceptional cleanliness, and very comfortable accommodations! We loved the condo’s close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The first-floor location was also a big plus, as it made access to walking and running paths outside the estate incredibly convenient. Inside, the unit was spotless, well-stocked, and furnished for comfort. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, and the overall space was perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Overall, this is a high-quality property with a peaceful atmosphere. It is ideal for both relaxation and celebration. It was just what we needed for our 20th anniversary with our family, and we would absolutely stay here again!

We did experience a couple of minor issues: the hot water in the master shower was inconsistent, and the fridge’s ice maker could use maintenance or replacement. However, Kemo (James), the unit’s maintenance engineer, was absolutely outstanding. He addressed everything promptly and professionally; his service was a highlight of our stay. Thank you, Kemo! One suggestion for improvement: communication could be more streamlined. We received messages from several different sources who didn’t seem to be in sync, which created confusion. When I attempted to call one of the contacts (Stasha) for clarification, my calls went unanswered. If texting/email are the only mode of communication, phone numbers should ideally be omitted to avoid false expectations. Personally, I prefer to speak directly with agents/representatives to avoid misunderstandings.

Great location. Close to our events at the Hilton. Walkable everywhere although we did have a car as well. Supplied parking spot.

A very quiet, relaxing place. We loved it.

A very comfortable condo. Loved the lanai for coffee in the am and cocktails in the pm. Whole complex beautifully landscaped.

Might consider adding grab bars to bath/shower for senior visitors (one of us is 80+. ) The shower itself is great, large and beautifully tiled with built in seat.
