A lovely townhouse right down the street from Fort Smith NHP. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay - abundant and comfortable bedding, a kitchen well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, extra blankets, bikes and more.
The street noise (sounds of vehicles) was pretty loud in the evenings and early mornings.

Very nice with clean, beautiful rooms and a warm relaxing vibe.
With the first real cold of the year, it appeared the new heating system had a glitch but we were ever so pleased with the prompt attention, response and resolution to the issue. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and lots of room. Also convenient.
We could not adjust the temperature and we were cold. Noisy location.

The apartment is beautiful and very clean. It was fully stocked. The location is wonderful and in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the bikes that the host provided for us to explore downtown and the location is very close to the river and parks. We will definitely be coming back.
