The location of this hotel is the reason why I stay here, it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was actually very good. They had muffins, cereal, pop tarts, eggs, sausage, potatoes, coffee,....it was very good
The bed was not comfortable. The tv hardly worked because the WiFi was on and off. I was not pleased that I had to pay a $15 a night resort fee. I paid enough for the hotel room I don't think a resort fee is necessary.

Breakfast was good. When the inn is full sometimes had to wait for more to be made. I always left a tip in the jar. It's nice not to be spending extra money for breakfast.
Parking is sometimes tough. but found a spot and just kind of stayed there.

Location, very clean
Very out dated but the house was built in the late 1700.
