Idealne miejsce na zwiedzanie Miśni i okolic. W sercu miasteczka w wewnętrznym podwórku gwarantującym ciszę od ulicznego gwaru. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne dla dwójki osób na kilkudniowy pobyt. Możliwość bezpiecznego przechowywania rowerów oraz bezpłatnego parkowania, jeżeli nie jest dla kogoś problemem odstawienie auta na odległość około 400 m. Dojazd pod posesję w celu rozpakowania bezproblemowy. Mieszkanie czyste i przełamujące stereotyp skandynawskiej sterylności apartamentów na wynajem. Plus za duży stabilny stół w pomieszczeniu. Na miejscu dostępne wino i piwo za drobną opłatą.
Ciemna, przytłaczająca klatka schodowa (oczywiście oświetlenie działa bez zarzutu) oraz jedynie dwa kubki do kawy czy herbaty. Reszta wyposażenia kuchennego Ok dla dwójki osób.

마이센 알트슈타트 시립극장 바로 옆에 위치하고 있어요. 돔(대성당), 마르크트 광장, 도자기박물관 등 주변 관광지를 도보로 접근하기 매우 수월합니다. 수퍼마켓도 3, 400m 거리에 가까이 있어요. 호스트 홀러바흐 님께서 주변의 알려지지 않은 관광지를 친절하게 안내하여 주셨습니다.
특별히 아쉬운 점 없었어요.
