Rab Old Town Heritage Luxury Studio

A szállás nagyon szuper! Gyönyörű. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt, minden megtalálható benne. Az ágy nagy és kényelmes. A sétáló utca gyakorlatilag itt kezdődik. Jól éreztük magunkat.

Apartment is basic and in that sense it met our expectations. It is well situated. Closest beach is 5 min away by car (Suha Punta). There is a "beach" that is closer across the road, but it is not really for swimming. In all of our stay, we never saw anyone swim there, so don't count on it. You do need a car to get around. One day, the owner gave us corn as a snack, which was nice.

First you have to go to a different location to pay. Even though it says on the website they accept cards, we got a notification they only accept cash 12h before. A bit late notice and false advertising. Once we arrived to the location, we were met by the owners who live there. When we asked is this Red Residance Rab they were not sure, as they call the apartments "Matija". They have internet. but only on the ground floor. It does not reach 1st and 2nd floor. We mentioned that to them. They said they will look into it and never got back. No internet during the duration of the stay. Also, there was a TV in the bedroom, but no channels. Just a heads up, if you are sensitive to AC, in our room, the furniture was set up is such a way that AC will blow directly on your heads when you sleep. The kitchen has only utensils and pots and pans. There is also a little fridge and a kettle. No windows in the kitchen, so when you cook it gets pretty hot fast. If you intend to cook, bring your own essentials (e.g. tea, coffee, oil, salt etc). We bought everything and noticed there was no washing liquid to wash the dishes. Went to ask for it and got it. The owner replied if we needed anything, not to hesitate and to ask them. Bathroom was ok. The little shelf under the mirror was not put porperly, so we could not put anything on top as it would tilt. Also, as someone mentioned in their review before, the toilet seat is not very quality, cheap platic and it got loose and was broken very soon. For 8 days stay, we got 1 roll of toilet paper. When I went down to ask for more, the owner replied that she only puts in the apartments what she is required to and nothing more. She said she usually does not give extra, because what if everyone started asking? She did give it in the end, but it felt like she was doing us a favour. I feel like today's hospitality should be run on a little bit higher level.
