This is an entire 2-story home in a very, very quiet area. We were only two so it was very adequate. There are 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor as well as a full bath. The first floor has large kitchen/dining area, large foyer and huge living room as well as another full bath. A rear patio out back also. Parking was just 100 feet from the front door. You'll feel very safe here. The owners were an absolute delight! It was like visiting that aunt and uncle you haven't seen in years. So warm and generous, very concerned you are happy. We needed a cooler we could use at the beach and he found one and dropped it off. It's about a 7-minute walk to the busier, commerce areas but the quietness for sleeping and peaceful enjoyment make up for this.
