Die Unterkunft war Top, an alles wurde bei der Ausstattung gedacht. Die Küche war von feinsten ausgestattet was mich positiv überrascht hat, das Bett war super bequem und sehr sauber. Man hatte genug Platz um alles zu verstauen. Wir hatte die Wohnung mit der großen Terrasse, es war einfach großartig. Ich würde die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Auf der Terrasse hätte ich mir gerne einen Sonnenschirm gewünscht da man in der Früh bis späten mittags in der prallen Sonne saß. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr hellhörig was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat aber für Menschen die diesbezüglich empfindlich sind wäre es wahrscheinlich nichts.

We are a family with two children and stayed here for three nights. We really enjoyed the location of the apartment. The building entrance was very clean, and the surrounding area was pleasant and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, everything looked new, and there was a fresh, pleasant smell upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals during our stay. A special thank you to the staff member who assisted us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always responded to our questions almost immediately, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

When booking this apartment, we specifically looked for three things that were important for our family: a swimming pool, convenient parking, and a view. Unfortunately, our expectations did not fully match reality. The swimming pool was not located within the apartment complex itself but at a nearby hotel, about a 3–4 minute walk away. While the distance is not large, it was not what we expected from the listing. Our children enjoy spending a lot of time in the pool, and one of the reasons we chose this property was the assumption that the pool would be directly on-site and easily accessible. The parking situation was similar. Parking was available, but it was also located several minutes away from the apartment. This was manageable, but we had expected parking directly at the building, under the windows, or in a dedicated garage. Regarding the view, we found the description somewhat misleading. There is technically a partial side view of the sea if you look from a certain angle, but the main view is of nearby rooftops and surrounding buildings. We would not personally describe it as a side sea-view apartment. One more issue was the shower area. The shower has no tray or barrier, so water spreads across the entire bathroom floor very quickly. As adults, we were able to manage this by using very low water pressure, but it became difficult when our children showered. We often had to help them and then spend additional time cleaning up the water afterward. A more practical solution for water containment would greatly improve the experience. Overall, these points did not ruin our stay, but they were disappointing because they were among the main reasons we chose this particular apartment.
