The apartment is new. Clean, modern, sunny. Good quality of furniture. Sea was in 3 minutes. Almost everything was fine.
The only disadvantage was ants. They were everywhere. On the floor, in the bed, on the table, cook top etc

The apartment was nice and luxury, the bedrooms as well, 2 separate bedrooms and 2 balconies, a big living room with a nice kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms. The location was good , close to the beach and the room is above a shop and there are markets nearby. Free parking spaces behind the apartment, however a parkinglot under the building was offered by the owner for 5 Euro a day. The location was a bit difficult to find in the beginning and we even had contact with the owner in Sweden to find it (additional costs for phone). The host Dusko tried to solve the minor issues that we have in the beginning , even he could not speak very good english he did his best. He even gave us a bottle of delicious wine and a bar of chocolate for the kids at the end of the stay.
We had some minor complaints with the owner (not the host Dusko :) ), he was rejecting the complaints and it felt like we weren't heared. At the end he offered a 2 days stay for free in the apartment but not in this period as it was full and not via booking.com, he refused to give us a little refund which is possible via booking.com. We were communicating for 4 days and then I quit as it is my holiday and I did not feel like arguing for yes and no. But I hope the owner learns from accepting complaints from customers. A complaint is actually a compliment from the customer so corrective action can be taken. If it was correctly solved to our opinion, than I wouldn't be writing it here). Furthermore the pictures of the view are a bit outdated, you can see a building that is being built however that already is finished and they are building a new building, only to see on 1 picture of the view, it reduces the see view a bit. The parking lot should be in the price already as there are free spaces behind the building, now it was offered for 5 Euro a day, it would be perfect if you get your own parking place or include it in the price. Nevertheless, the apartment was very luxury and nice for exploring Budva and the old Town of Budva and the region, off course the beaches are also on walking distance; tip: Mogren beach is the best beach but you have either go by bus or park the car in the center (1.50 Euro per hour). In the apartment there also should be instructions/signs for the multiple switches for the lights, it was a guess which light would go on or off.
