Easy to reach and right next to a ski-lift.

The apartment was in a very central position, right above a marvelous bakery. A lift was in the building, so, carrying luggage wasn't too much of a hassle. The balcony was a little delight, facing the green and allowing us to give a last glance to the mountains before sunset. The shower provided a nice hot stream of water, ideal after a long hike. The two ladies working at the agency did what they could (and more) to help us solving logistical issues coming with the apartment. So, full stars to them.

Unfortunately the apartment came with a ton of problems. First of all, it has no private parking space. While booking, I asked what to do, and I was told that I could have parked in the nearby tunnel, or in a nearby free parking place. Which is nice in theory, but the tunnel has space for 8 cars, and the "free parking space" wasn't found where indicated (it came with a daily ticket). So, I had to park far from the apartment, and load / unload the car occupying a numbered parking space belonging to someone else. The apartment was not cleaned properly. Even if the direction understood our remarks and provided a partial refund on the final cleaning, it's still a negative mark for me: we found hair on the floor and on the bathroom walls, crumbs in the corners, and some shelves were dirty and / or sticky. In the COVID era, hygiene should be priority. Internet wasn't working. Unfortunately, by profession, I cannot take a real vacation: every day after the hike, I need to check a few things. My company works on with a very important dropbox storage, and syncronizing that thing every day was simply impossible with the connection provided. So, I had to use my mobile as router and use my data connection to work. And even if I didn't have to work, even the smallest operations with that connection were problematic: loading gmail proved being a 20-minute task. We were told that the whole valley was suffering for this because there were too many people at the time and so everybody was on the same boat; this might be true, but it remains the fact that all mobiles were properly working, so, possibly other solutions were possible. Then, the bathroom had no working ventilation system, so, the steam of the evening shower simply moved to the rest of the apartment. Same for the kitchen: no ventilation either, and the beds were just a meter away. So, you cook, and the smell of the food covers everything.

Il ritiro chiavi è stato semplicissimo (in un box presso l'agenzia a Bormio sulla strada principale - ho perso non più di 40 secondi) e nonostante io arrivassi a mezzanotte non mi è stato applicato alcun sovrapprezzo

L'appartamento non ha il parcheggio ma il peggio è che non ci sono proprio parcheggi nelle vicinanze: ti viene detto di parcheggiare sotto il tunnel ma ci sono si e no 8 posti x tutti i condomini della zona e quindi ovviamente è impossibile trovarne uno libero.. devi parcheggiare lontano a inizio vacanza e non spostare più la macchina..
