Vibotel Residence Hotel Apartments

Our stay at Vibotel Residence Hotel Apartments was absolutely amazing. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and very well maintained, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality of the team. A very special appreciation goes to Mr. Ali Khalaf from Housekeeping, whose attention to cleanliness, detail, and guest comfort was remarkable. I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Mohamed Samy and Mr. Hamdy from Reception for their professionalism, warm welcome, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help throughout our stay. Their excellent service made us feel truly welcomed and well cared for. They are a great reflection of the hospitality standards any hotel should be proud of. We will definitely be happy to stay at Vibotel again.

Honestly, there was nothing significant that negatively affected our stay. Our overall experience was extremely positive, and whenever we needed any assistance, the team was responsive and helpful.

Beds are comfortable, the hotel is not in a busy area which is good for me, a good place to sleep, easy parking in front of the hotel.

Location is good to people who are targeting the east side of Cairo, however, if you are targeting other areas a closer hotel would be preferable.

The staff was friendly and polite and helpful. the rooms very clean with good size and they gave us 2 rooms and open the door between them. The compound security is perfect. Also garden view

There is no close grocery or restaurants, you have to order and wait.

The property is strategically located at a major junction in a high-traffic area, offering excellent visibility and convenient access to the main road network.

Throughout the night, you can hear constant honking and traffic noise, which makes it difficult to sleep. The property should definitely consider installing soundproofing to improve guests' comfort.
