Welcome to Fallridge Condominiums, one of the valley’s best kept secrets. Located on the first tee of Vail's 18-hole PGA Championship golf course, ideally situated amid the abundant year-round activities the area offers.
This hidden gem boasts spacious and private accommodations for a party of eight over three bedrooms. With two decks offering plenty of room for your entire group to spread out and relax in. *Professionally cleaned and pleased to offer contactless check-in!
Bedroom configuration: Master Suite is equipped with a comfy king bed, flat screen television and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. There is also a connected balcony with private views of the landscape, chairs and table. A fantastic place to unwind and talk of the days’ adventures.1st Guest bedroom offers two queen beds with cozy linens, connected balcony and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a delightful tile and glass shower. 2nd Guest Bedroom is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo and two queen beds.
There is also a connected balcony which is shared with the living room.The open floor plan of the dining, kitchen and living area give the space a warm and homey feeling. The fully appointed kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious feast. Don’t want to cook? No problem, there are many delicious restaurants located just a short 1.25 miles away in the heart of the Vail Village.
There is seating for seven at the dining table with and additional two seats at the breakfast nook. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace while enjoying the game on the flat screen TV. Other amenities include a stacked washer/dryer, building hot tub and summer outdoor pool. Plus, free underground parking is included! Vail is well known for its skiing but there’s so much more!
From shopping, hiking, hot air-ballooning to golf. Winter, spring, summer, fall this valley really does have it all. You cannot go wrong when calling Fallridge home base on your next destination vacation!

All Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.STR #003309

What a great location!! We liked the unit we stayed in. I did notice hairs in my bed (I’m a blond and these were dark brown) so I’m not sure we had fresh sheets. Besides that, everything was great!

We were in Vail for the lacrosse tourney. Condo was five minutes from Ford Field and an easy bike ride. Condo was spacious, clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Could update the blinds and dishwasher, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Good experience, nice folks in the management office but the unit is very small and a bit dated. Functional but mid tier property.
