Updated ground floor, patio unit, with a King bedroom, King bedroom, 2 Double bedroom and 2 twin, built-in hallway bunks, that will comfortably accommodate 8 or less guests. This spacious 1st floor unit has much to offer making it quite desirable- no elevators, no stairs! Park at your front door and walk out your back door to your oversized patio to lounge, access the beautiful pool and its waterfalls, or walk to Adagio’s private beach access.
Adagio is an exclusive community on the Gulf of Mexico in Blue Mountain Beach, off Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio enjoys 600’ of pristine beach frontage, and is a private and gated complex providing a secure and comfortable environment.
This beautiful three bedroom and three bath unit has dazzling views of the 8,000 square foot three-tiered pool that can be enjoyed and accessed from the master suite as well as the open living, dining and kitchen area. Your patio is surrounded by tropical landscaping giving you privacy without blocking your view.
The well-stocked gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, stainless steel gas stove and appliances. The dining room seats six with room for four more at the bar. The balcony has a great table and lounge chairs to enjoy the amazing view and sounds of the pool and its waterfalls.
Adagio features two Spectacular Pools--The 1,700 square foot gulf side pool is heated and has an infinity edge overlooking the blue green waters of the Emerald Coast. The main pool is an amazing 8,000 square feet that is cool even on the hottest days and includes three tiers with fountains and waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks the pool. The European cobblestone deck includes a variety of seating areas including lounge chairs and dining tables. The well-equipped fitness center is centrally located near the pool. The gulf front lawn area makes for a fantastic spot to take in the gulf sunset or to enjoy a gathering with family and friends.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside and WaterColor where you will find some of the finest shopping and dining venues around. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. Destin is just 12 miles away. Sandestin and Grand Boulevard are only 10 minutes away. Bring your bikes or rent them while you’re here. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas and Kayak rentals are also available on the beach from our on-sire vendor, La Dolce Vita, here at Adagio.
Adagio is one of the best managed facilities on the entire gulf. This is a very family friendly place. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 p.m. Gated access with security and maintenance staff on site seven days a week.
Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles per unit.

This condo is pristine. My friend and I travel withOur kids that range from 9-16. Everyone has plenty of space to spread out and we had ample room for game nights in the common areas. We cook most meals and the kitchen provides everything we needed. The patio is massive. Being on the first floor allowed us to store our sandy beach items and never bring anything inside. The pools and hot tubs are great! We spent most of our time at the beach and it was gorgeous.

I have stayed at Adagio every year sometimes twice a year for the last 4 years. Stephanie has always gone above and beyond on every stay. I would just like to recommend that each person have more than one towel set for the week that would be a bonus. Until next time. Thank You!!

we loved the layout of the home and overall experience at the community. Very clean and well kept. The unit itself was nice, though the living room furniture looks very used - the rug looked dirty and the edges were unraveling, the sofas had a lot of wear and were pilling in multiple places.
The beds themselves were comfortable, but the pillows were just odd. They were so hard and flat - very cheap. I went to WalMart on our 3rd night there and purchased several $8 pillows as well as a couple of $20 fluffy comforters that were more comfortable. The comforters on the bed were flat and scratchy. . When staying at higher end condos I always hope for at least the same comforts we have at home - I would say at least the bedding accommodations were sub par. In addition, quality cookware would also be a big plus at this unit. The pans were cheap, non-stick and very light weight. I would stay at the Adagio again but not at this particular unit, and would want to confirm the bedding was upgraded in some way.
