Clean but basic, everything charged additional

It was clean and location was close to the beach

You have to pay extra for sauna and even to get sheets and towels. We needed ti make our own beds which I have never experienced in holiday homes before. Also we had ti clean up kitchen ourselves so not sure why we pay fees for cleaning

Nice location and good atmosphere inside the complex.

This is our second stay and the place has very much deteriorated. The apartment was dirty and a guy from reception had to come to clean before we can actually get in. The most disappointing part was that the manager didn’t seem very much bothered by this saying “Sometimes the cleaning is badly done by the previous people”. I am still wondering what is the cleaning crew doing when they walk around with the trolleys around.

Bad

It is not a place you will like to stay for a holiday. Better stay in some good hotel. 200 Euros per night for a small room with no Internet, no cleaning, small facilities compared to pictures and mediocre breakfast. The breakfast is just for the name sake (bread, croissant with coffee which is out of stock often). And do not go by the photos. Photos and reality are different. Finally be prepared to be charged extra for cleaning (40) and internet (6 0r 7 per day). Better include it at the time of booking. P.S. It is not about the money, but the whole feeling/experience of holiday is gone :(. And yes, we have stayed in residences/resort before as well with a group of family friends. Didn't had to go through this.

Very good

Lovely quiet area of Normandy, extremely friendly and helpful staff although the language barrier did throw up a few challenging conversations. However the reception were very accommodating. The grounds and communal areas were very well kept and clean.

We didn't appreciate the cleaners turning up 45 minutes before our checkout appointment as we were still getting ready to leave and couldn't use the facilities once she had started. The room could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. We had to rewash a lot of tableware and cookware prior to using them, although this may be down to previous occupants we still feel they should of been checked, there was also quite a lot of dirt between the cushions on the sofa bed. When your charged €50 for cleaning you'd expect a much better service.

Apartment itself was very nice and clean. Nice kitchen with all the usual utensils etc. good parking facilities close to residential accommodation. loads of tennis courts on site.

My unit was right outside the rubbish disposal unit so could sometimes be smelly during hot weather. Also small outside space which looks out over main road in the town in front of rubbish disposal so not very usable. Could have done with better instructions on arrival around towels and bed linen etc. Would have also been good to provide basic kitchen washing up kit (sponge, soap, disposable dishcloth and dishwasher tabs)

The place was super clean, the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect.

The swimming pools are rather small having un mind the number of people which can fit in the hotel.

The house was very clean and modern. Walking distance to the beach and with a small supermarket right in front of the main entrance. Warm swimming pool was a plus. Very nice for families with kids.

Internet was not included. Outside pool is for very small children (0.30 centimeters deep).

Perfect for a long stay with family. To be at les than 10 minutes on th beach which is clean and nice to make a walk. Play on the sand for the kids perfect. Too bad that the hamman was not opened due to the COVID.

It will be great to have a real international breakfast with meat and cheese :-). And to have a meal services because coming out of the peak season, not a lot of restaurants are opened :-(. The water of the inside pool was kind of cold, if possible to warm it a little more!!

Très agréable séjour avec tous ce qu'il faut !

Appartement propre bien agencé et aménagé, les pièces sont spacieuses, le mobilier est parfait avec canapé et matelas bien ferme comme on les aime, terrasse avec de belles fenêtres qui donne une jolie vue (attention équipement de base, mais pas de produit ménager, éponges, ni café, thé pour le premier jour donc à anticiper...). L'endroit y est agréable et calme avec parking gratuit. Commerces, restaurants et plage à proximité (pas besoin de voiture) et même un étalage de poisson le dimanche matin à côté du cocci market. Piscine bien chauffée, hammam (un peu fort) et sauna super agréable et propre. Personnel très sympathique, disponible et à votre écoute. Les commerçants et restaurateurs sont aussi tres gentils. Un endroit à refaire sans hésitation !

Préciser d'apporter les produits ménagers et les bases alimentaires comme le café, thé qui sont souvent offerts le premier jour par d'autres résidences ainsi que la pièce d'un euro pour les vestiaires de la piscine. Douche de la piscine trop froide.

La résidence est très bien située, dans un environnement calme et sécurisé. L’appartement était propre et bien équipé, nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir cuisiner sur place (vaisselle, plaques, etc.). Les équipements dans l’ensemble sont satisfaisants. La piscine mériterait peut-être un petit rafraîchissement, mais cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour

La température à l’intérieur du logement était trop fraîche et nous n’avons pas pu la régler. Le lit était un peu petit et pas très confortable. Il manquait également des oreillers pour le canapé-lit dans le salon. Concernant la piscine, il n’y avait pas assez de chaises ou de transats pour s’asseoir, et surtout, l’état du liner est vraiment à revoir, dommage, car la piscine pourrait être un vrai atout pour la résidence. À l’arrivée, on est un peu déçus par ce point alors que le reste du séjour était globalement agréable

L´appatement, les lits, la piscine, le calme et le coin salon de jardin étaient super. Le petit supermarché juste à cote et surtout un très bon restau à la plage.

Pas très grave, mais dommage: canapé n´etait pas très comfortable et le coin fitness n´ouvre qu´à 10h - pas très pratique pour un papa qui se lève tôt pour aller faire du sport.

Agréable, confortable et proche de la mer

L'emplacement à quelques minutes de la plage, l'espace dans les appartements, la piscine intérerieure avec salle de sport et sauna/hammam, et le bassin ludique extérieur pour les enfants.

Le petit-déjeuner ouvre trop tard (9h) pour des familles avec enfants et ne dispose pas de choix sains (pas de fruits frais). On nous demande d'enlever nos draps et descendre nos poubelles en partant...

Très bon week-end au bord de la mer

Le personnel est très gentil ,accueillant et résout les problèmes rapidement. La résidence est calme et on entend aucun bruit. La petite supérette juste à côté est un plus même si les prix sont assez cher. La mer est accessible à pied ce qui est pratique et les places de parking devant la résidence gratuite. Je recommande tout à fait cette résidence.

Plus jamais !

La proximité de la plage

Le personnel , surtout la dame au long cheveux à lunettes. Des charlatans ! Deja on demande via booking un lit bebe . On arrive de Belgique et pas de lit bébé dans le logement, on demande 3x et rien... la petite a du dormir dans un lit... La piscine extérieure pour enfants qui n a jamais fonctionné avec une pancarte , fermeture exceptionnelle a ce jour sauf que c est tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner médiocre pour 13 euros par jour... on demande d annuler pour les autres jours et je n ai jamais reçu mon argent ,.ce sont des voleurs.!!! La dame de la réception esquive la conversation et va se cacher pour pas nous parler , pas profesionnel du tout !!!

Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Normandie

DasHäuschen war modern eingerichtet und bot allen Personen platz. Es war vonder Ausstattung alles vorhanden. Einen Parkplatz fand manin der Vorsaison immer. Das Personal war höflich und nett.

WLAN gegen ordentliche Gebühr. Personal teils nur französischsprachig. Aussenbereich war trotz gutem Wetter wegen "Wartubg" geschlossen.

La proximité de la mer, le logement confortable en maisonnette avec les chambres à l’étage ainsi que l’amabilité du personnel.
