Clean but basic, everything charged additional
It was clean and location was close to the beach
You have to pay extra for sauna and even to get sheets and towels. We needed ti make our own beds which I have never experienced in holiday homes before. Also we had ti clean up kitchen ourselves so not sure why we pay fees for cleaning

Nice location and good atmosphere inside the complex.
This is our second stay and the place has very much deteriorated. The apartment was dirty and a guy from reception had to come to clean before we can actually get in. The most disappointing part was that the manager didn’t seem very much bothered by this saying “Sometimes the cleaning is badly done by the previous people”. I am still wondering what is the cleaning crew doing when they walk around with the trolleys around.

Bad
It is not a place you will like to stay for a holiday. Better stay in some good hotel. 200 Euros per night for a small room with no Internet, no cleaning, small facilities compared to pictures and mediocre breakfast. The breakfast is just for the name sake (bread, croissant with coffee which is out of stock often). And do not go by the photos. Photos and reality are different. Finally be prepared to be charged extra for cleaning (40) and internet (6 0r 7 per day). Better include it at the time of booking. P.S. It is not about the money, but the whole feeling/experience of holiday is gone :(. And yes, we have stayed in residences/resort before as well with a group of family friends. Didn't had to go through this.

Very good
Lovely quiet area of Normandy, extremely friendly and helpful staff although the language barrier did throw up a few challenging conversations. However the reception were very accommodating. The grounds and communal areas were very well kept and clean.
We didn't appreciate the cleaners turning up 45 minutes before our checkout appointment as we were still getting ready to leave and couldn't use the facilities once she had started. The room could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. We had to rewash a lot of tableware and cookware prior to using them, although this may be down to previous occupants we still feel they should of been checked, there was also quite a lot of dirt between the cushions on the sofa bed. When your charged €50 for cleaning you'd expect a much better service.

Apartment itself was very nice and clean. Nice kitchen with all the usual utensils etc. good parking facilities close to residential accommodation. loads of tennis courts on site.
My unit was right outside the rubbish disposal unit so could sometimes be smelly during hot weather. Also small outside space which looks out over main road in the town in front of rubbish disposal so not very usable. Could have done with better instructions on arrival around towels and bed linen etc. Would have also been good to provide basic kitchen washing up kit (sponge, soap, disposable dishcloth and dishwasher tabs)

Perfect choice for families.
The place was super clean, the rooms are large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect.
The swimming pools are rather small having un mind the number of people which can fit in the hotel.

Exceptional
The house was very clean and modern. Walking distance to the beach and with a small supermarket right in front of the main entrance. Warm swimming pool was a plus. Very nice for families with kids.
Internet was not included. Outside pool is for very small children (0.30 centimeters deep).
