About this villa rental
Ideal location, close to Roscoff (4km) for this house of 2019 enjoying a superb sea view and on the island of Batz. Spacious and with free wifi and a neat decoration, it will seduce you with the quality of its equipment. Its large west terrace and its contemporary garden as well as its large living room welcome the sunset on the island of Batz for your aperitifs and barbecue or even a good seafood platter. A 1000 m2 plot in front of the garden will delight children. The gr34, the beach just below 100m will be undeniable assets for a successful holiday in Leonard country.

We loved our 2 week stay in this house. It is lovingly looked after and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. The view of the sea and the short walk to the beach were a particular highlight. The beach itself is stunning with the softest sand and beautiful sunsets. The hot tub was much appreciated and extremely well maintained. We would highly recommend this house if you want to chill and enjoy a beautiful beach. Excellent supermarket nearby. Would recommend hiring bikes to explore île de Batz. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality Francois. The flowers and cake on arrival were a very thoughtful touch. Keep rocking all over the world!

Lovely rental just removed from the shoreline. Handy to Roscoff and Saint Pol-de-Leon. Excellent host with easy check in and out.
