Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum, das Grundstück ist super. Sehr ruhig und entspannend. Direkt am Grundstück verlaufen mehrere Fahrradwege, sodass man direkt losfahren kann.

Ungesicherter Graben, für kleine Kinder nicht ungefährlich. Grundstück könnte sauberer sein. Nach dem Winter viel Baumabfall, den man dann ins Haus trägt. Hintere Terrasse bei Feuchtigkeit glatt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, solange man nicht unter die Betten oder Sofakissen schaut 🫣.
