About this apartment rental
This 45sqm apartment offers space for up to 4 people with the large living-dining area with fold-away bed and a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. In the bright living room with a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV, there is also the dining area, which in turn borders on the separate kitchen. This is equipped with all common kitchen utensils and also offers an oven, freezer and a ceramic hob. In the small but nice bathroom there is a spacious walk-in shower and a toilet. On the large and quiet terrace, which belongs to the apartment, you can relax and switch off in the summer months. In addition to the terrace, the apartment also offers a north balcony from which you can breathe fresh North Sea air. A free parking space is of course also available in front of the house. It is about 800m to the Döser beach, shops such as a bakery and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.

Wohnung 4 gute Austattung und wahrscheinlich neu Renoviert.
Balkon und Terrasse bei schönem Wetter gut nutzbar. Ziemlich Zentral
zum Bäcker und Radverlei.
Im Wäschepaket ist ein Handtuch für 7 Tage zu wenig.
Werden aber Wohnung 4 immer wieder gerne buchen.

Wir waren schon häufiger in Wohnung Nr. 4 . Es hat uns jedes Mal gut gefallen und wir bleiben dieser Wohnung treu.

Kommunikation mit der Agentur war problemlos und angenehm. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. An sich ist die Wohnung auch süß und gemütlich. Allerdings sollten einige Einrichtungsgegenstände nochmal auf Vordermann gebracht werden, z.B. das Sofa ausgewechselt - zumindest gereinigt werden.
Ansonsten haben wir uns aber wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit gehabt.
