TV in the living room never worked to our satisfaction. The instructions inside the condo said to simply power-on the tv, then press the “Vizio” button on the remote. Sunday evening I called the x6684 number for Mammoth Five Star Lodging, and they didn’t seem knowledgeable or very helpful in trying to resolve the tv problem. They told me someone would call me on Monday. They sent an email to acknowledge receipt of my issue, but never called me back, I had to call them Monday evening. The rep’s only recommendation was to power-on the DVD player, saying everything runs through the DVD player on HDMI 2. That’s ridiculous. There were two smaller TVs in the bedrooms and they worked flawlessly. I was able to navigate through all the available cable channels. When I asked the rep if the living room TV had cable available, he said no. Cable available on only 2 of 3 TVs in the same house? That’s ridiculous. The common entry area has the front door for multiple units. The porch light was out, so I needed a flashlight to illuminate the keyhole. I could not find a light switch to turn it on. Then again, I would hope one unit doesn’t have control over a common entryway light. Does the HOA have responsibility for that? Also, our unit’s back porch light did not work. There was a light switch for that in the kitchen. Late at night, that’s an accident waiting to happen.
