House was good and well situated to town and the beach just a short walk to both. They had plenty of games and other items that we could use whilst there. We made good use of the little Bluetooth Speaker whilst sitting on the deck around the pool. Parking was great and the shower had great water pressure.
Electric BBQ was very average and not good to cook steaks on. Pool was cloudy and needed a good clean. Toilet downstairs was leaking. The check in time and Check out time are just crazy, have never had such a late check in and the check out time of 09:30 is rediculous.

great property and excellent space, walking distance to everything and very spread out.
lack of linen / towels and dish cloth and dish brush, toilet paper. was some but not enough for 7 people for 4 nights.
air conditioning in all bedrooms would be a great improvement too.
