Very nice and well equipped comfortable apartment with all what is needed and beyond. Spotless clean, host replied very fast and always was very helpful. Neighborhood very safe and restaurants within walking distance (though it can be very hot in Phoenix!). Area is very quiet.
The AC was a bit on the louder side.
