Centric and Modern Penthouse close to Amenities

Very nice penthouse apartment with a lovely big balcony.

There was some roadworks right outside the property so noisy plus difficult to get to by car. There was a power cut which made the lift not work so being on the 6th floor was tricky with bags. The bathroom towel rails were very wonky and loose but just about worked.

Квартира находится на шестом, самом верхнем этаже. При нашем заселении не работал лифт, и из трёх дней проживания два дня он оставался неисправным. Это стало очень серьёзной проблемой, поскольку после недавней операции на колене приходилось пешком подниматься на шестой этаж. Это было крайне тяжело и сильно испортило впечатление от проживания. В подъезде очень душно и жарко, особенно учитывая необходимость подниматься пешком. Несмотря на хорошее центральное расположение, непосредственно возле дома велись масштабные дорожные строительные работы — предположительно строительство эстакады. Из-за этого к дому приходилось добираться обходными путями, вокруг постоянно было пыльно и не очень комфортно ходить. Чистота квартиры в целом приемлемая, но далеко не идеальная. Также не понравились принадлежности для душа: фактически предоставлено одно универсальное средство, которое предлагается использовать и как шампунь, и как гель для душа, и для мытья рук. Для жилья такого уровня хотелось бы отдельных средств.

Good location and a good apartment considering the price, although there are some things that could be improved. The staff are great – they respond quickly to all your questions and are very kind. Everything in the apartment worked properly; nothing was broken.

The sofa is broken and not comfortable to sit on at all. There is a lot of construction work outside the building, so if you rent a car you have to drive around quite a bit to reach the apartment. I think some of the requirements, such as having everything completely clean before checkout, don’t make sense—especially when the reason given is that the cleaner is too expensive per hour. How do you expect the dishes to be washed if there are no sponges in the apartment and someone has to go to the shop just so everything is cleaned and tidy for your checkout? Overall, it’s not bad

Clean and spacious apartment

I arranged with them for a car to pick me up from the airport. The driver came with 35 mins delay and never apologized. He was rude. He was the one who checked me in and gave me the keys. After you book and pay for the apartment, you get a message saying that you have to pay a 200eur deposit during check-in. This was done on the 1st of November, up to now, they have not returned the money to me. Really bad service. They say they manage 200 apartments in Malta, and yet they are so unprofessional.
