The owner and breakfast
The restaurant was closed on Sunday and Monday, We asked to have a nice table for dinner on Tuesday, promised and confirmed on Monday, we was going to celebrate 42 Years anniversary of marriage, Tuesday 19.00 no table set or available! Had to sit on a very bad location, since we had difficulty to walk we decided to stay! We ordered food and a bottle of Chablis, had to ask for testing the cork and a cooler to the wine! Asked to put the bill on the room, had to pay in restaurant since it was separate from hotel, I try to refuse but then was threatened by calling the police!! This is the worst treatment I have ever experienced in my whole life! The restaurant personal was unacceptable rude and lack professionalism!
