Water heater tank was too little for a 12 guests house, hot water was short supply, even when there were only 8 people. Dishwasher didn't work. There were no big trash bags.

The outlets wouldn’t hold anything I needed to use when I plugged in it would fall out in the room I was in (first bedroom upstairs).

Don’t have enough bath soap and no shampoo, conditioner supplies. Upstairs bath room sliding glass door stuck and dish washing machine no working.

I would love to stay in this cabin again however like I said one of the selling points for the cabin was the hot tub. I

loved the cabin and the location and view

the hot tub never got above 85 degrees. I looked for a cabin with a hot tub because my grown children wanted to relax at night with the hot tub. We were told maintenance would come out on Saturday but no one ever showed up so we never got to use the hot tub like we wanted to

it was bad

I paid for 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. one bath was broken and could not be fixed until after our stay so 9 people had to share one bath. I asked for a different house they said they do not do that. I asked for a partial refund and they said no to that as well.

Great place to stay. Just bring a fan and groceries.

Location was good for attractions and touring, just no grocery store near. Front porch was fun to be on and watch the bear who got in my car. Remember to lock your doors!

Downstairs shower ran out of hot water very quickly & w/ only one AC unit in cabin upstairs, the downstairs bedrooms were very warm to sleep in.
