Дуже гарне розташування: до вокзалу пішки 15 хвилин, трамвайчик до центру, поруч кав`ярні і супермаркети. В квартирі є посуд для приготування собі їжі, нова і чиста постіль.
Власникам треба зробити генеральне прибирання у помешканні, бо там достатньо свіжий ремонт, але не вистачає чистоти. Також багато особистих речей власників, це викликає певний дискомфорт.

The host was very helpful in giving directions and explaining how to get to the car park nearby as the streets around the flat are dug up with serious road works and therefore no direct access from places & lots of diversions. Also they were on stand by with check-in & check out times & keys handover. Good supply of spices & toiletries. Nice location generally, close enough to the centre, street market & Privokzalnyy market/ cheap shops/cafes/hairdressers etc around the corner. Fast wifi.
The flat was not clean, especially it showed in the kitchen & toilet. No microwave or frying pan, fridge settings need checking as it froze our food. Very dated shabby furniture. Plush towels and bedding would made up for it a bit.
