Apto flat bacana. Tem geladeira, fogão elétrico, cama confortável, roupa limpa e cheirosa.
Falta manutenção como um todo. Estabelecimento em processo de reestruturação. Precisa melhorar o visual. Uma tinta em tudo cairia muito bem.

Em geral minhas experiências foram boas. O café da manhã é bom. Cama e chuveiro bom. Atendimento muito bom. O prédio precisa de alguns reparos. No salão do café, tem um vazamento e as duas vezes que fui, tinha um pano com balde para aparar a água. As dobradiças das portas fazem barulho, creio que um lubrificante resolveria.
