Exceptional

We liked Everything!!! But what we liked the most was Giuliano (the host), who was incredibly friendly and funny...and very willing to help: we wanted to have some typical Italian food, so he not just recommend some places but also called them to see working time, menus and etc... Breakfast was also great. We could feel the care Giuliano took to prepare it (It is a basket with many kinds of products from salty to sweet). All the facilities were clean, with good quality and working perfectly. There wae also some kitchen stuff like salt, sugar, coffe machine, etc...as well as laundry and bathroom stuff... I absolutely recommend!!! Thanks dear Giuliano!!!

Excellent Facilities and Clean but with Key shortcomings

1. Extremely spotless clean 2. Facilities, for this I could give 20 instead of 10. They offer very good and complete kitchen and bathroom facilities. 3. The owner responds to messages on booking in a good time manner.

1. The house does not have a parking, it is stated that it has and no reservation needed. However, the owner meant the public parking on the street. In fact, it was not easy to find a parking on the street, we had to spend around 10-15 minutes to find one, not always close enough. 2. The check in stated is from 8.00 but in reality they told me after that depends on the previous guest. They were supportive in trying to make it as soon as possible, but still verify definitely with the owner. 3. The curtains of the living room and the bedroom were broken and not possible to be closed fully. This means having light inside for sleeping if it is important. Please refer to the photos on how much they get closed. 4. Staying in end of September, unfortunately the room got very cold at night, to the level that my 8 months son got cold. If you are with kids, ask for heater in advance. It gets cold late, so ask for a heater early on to make sure before getting cold. The owner told me that the heating system will start from mid-October. Also, I wanted to use air conditioning for its heat but I could not find it although I searched everywhere. Upon check in, you need to ask, they did not offer it themselves. 5. The breakfast is really minimal and with not any type of fresh bread or even good fruits. They put only 2 apples and 1 purl for us (2 adults and 1 kid) but they were really old and not good. I also put the photo of the breakfast for you to see if that matches your expectation. It did not match my expectation at all. It is mainly industrialized sweets. 6.. Although many arrangements (texts and calls), when we arrived at house on time, the owner showed up after 10 minutes and due to lack of parking, I had to stand with my sleepy son in the street. 7. Putting the garbage in the trash bin is difficult if you are staying for a long time, and specially with kids so many garbage. 8.

Great value, Awesome Place

Great for families with young kids.Nice, kind hosts who took pain to ensure kids had a great time with games toys. Breakfast was well provided for. Close to Juventus stadium and Superga Church and Don Bosco Basilica too

Väldigt hemtrevligt och hyresvärden hade satsat på det ”lilla extra” för att vi skulle känna oss välkomna och trivas.

Ci si sente a casa

Quando si entra si sente odore di pulizia . I letti comodissimi eravamo 2 coppie ognuna la sua stanza , e un ottimo qualità prezzo soddisfatti

Se vogliamo trovare il pelo nell’uovo l’unica cosa che c’è la piastra per cucinare e la vasca del bagno un po’ scomoda diciamo che c’è da rinnovare quella

Molto spazio, molti accessori per la cucina, letti comodi, posizione dell'appartamento abbastanza vicino ai mezzi pubblici.

Non c'era la tenda sulla vasca, essendo anche doccia sarebbe utile.

La casa era pulita e ben posizionata. Comoda.

Abbiamo trovato la casa molto fredda. Ci è stato detto che il riscaldamento condominiale, ma se lo stesso fosse stato azionato prima la casa sarebbe stata molto più calda. Considerato le basse temperature della zona a fine novembre, abbiamo avuto parecchio disagio. Inoltre era presente un condizionatore ma privo di telecomando per poterlo azionare. Per il costo Pagato mi sarei aspettata quanto meno di avere non 30 gradi ma una temperatura che ci evitasse di stare in casa con i cappotti!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, le stanze sono molto ampie e accoglienti. Anche trovare Parcheggio è stato abbastanza semplice.

Me encantó las instalaciones y también el buen trato de Giuliano.

La hora de salida. Preguntamos a Giuliano si podíamos salir un poco más tarde pero nos dijo que no podíamos. Nos tuvimos que ir a las 10 AM
