The apartment was big and fully corresponded to our needs: it had two bedrooms, a big living room, a kitchen (incl. stove/oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, even dishwasher), a bathroom with a shower and a balcony. We could see the sea/sunrise from one of the bedrooms and leave the car in the garage (although free street parking was also available). The apartment (2nd floor) could be reached by elevator. Prior to our arrival, we received detailed instructions for the check-in from the host. Throughout the stay, communication was quick and easy.
Despite the detailed explanations, the check-in could be a bit difficult to older/less tech-savvy guests. There were three large dogs on the field bordering the house which were barking a lot during the night. Very minor issue: it would be nice to have wine glasses/egg cups.

Casa espaçosa, com 2 quartos também espaçosos, garagem e acesso directo ao apartamento. Self check in fácil de fazer de acordo com as instruções. Tem uma varanda simpáticas
Algumas áreas da casa tinha o teto a necessitar de obras nomeadamente o quarto e a casa de banho. Para uma casa de aluguer a casa de banho também poderia ser mais cuidado tinha baldes com água e esfregonas. A localização tem boas acessos mas o condomínio esta a precisar de obras e de jardim arranjado

Clean. What we agreed with landlady she kept her promise for late checkout.
No personal contact, Everything was automated. Some furniture needs to be replaced, specially in the kitchen.
