Everything was easily accessible. Luggage Carts were always available, ramp in front was great for someone who can't walk up stairs. The Elevators were easy to catch. Nice employees. Easy access to food. Good view, nice pool area, parking was easy to find and close.
The mattresses were not like at home, but still comfortable.

Very quiet. Limited view was beautiful, although limited.
Two bathrooms! Two bedrooms!
Only two ‘public’ washing machines with one working dryer.
Vents were covered with dust.
Front bedroom needs blind on window to block outdoor lighting (or room darkening curtains)
Slider needs a screen.

The location nice. The apartment itself was nice
When we got there the place was disgusting. Towels,sheets, hair, dirt everywhere. It had not been cleaned since last tenet. The refrigerator leaked and the beds were so uncomfortable they felt like hammocks when you laid on them. No support at all.
