A ház kényelmes sok szobával, a konyha jól felszerelt, és csendes a környék.
A fürdőszoba mérete miatt kissé szűkös.

Le volt nyírva a fű az udvaron
A fürdőszoba nagyon szűk, rossz az elrendezése, a tisztasága. Balesetveszélyes a zuhanyzónál szem magasságban felszerelt törölköző tartó és a kézmosó feletti üveg, éles sarkú polc. A konyhában a régen használt vízforraló penészes volt, a kávéfőző elavult. A kinti műanyag asztalról lepereg a festék, csak öt szék állt rendelkezésre.
