Boa estrutura, ao menos comparado a média da cidade

Café da manhã caro, porém pouco variado e básico, com staff sobrecarregado; louça e talheres do apartamento de baixa qualidade, mal acondicionados, sem detergente e esponja para lavagem; sem vassoura e pá; área comum muito bem estruturada, porém, pouco inspirada, lembrando um prédio de classe média qualquer; garagem excelente, porém com controle de entrada à moda antiga (papel, caneta e canhotinho).
