Boa localização, e bem equipado.
O estado de conservação do apartamento não é o ideal. A porta e a fechadura, por exemplo, precisam de substituição. A conjugação banheiro/lavanderia não é a ideal. O acesso ao duche não é fácil.

Gostei muito do apartamento, super bem equipado e confortável. A única coisa que eu achei que faltou foi um filtro de água.. fica a sugestão. Recomendo muito, o proprietário foi muito prestativo.
