Personale gentilissimo, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni in merito a spiagge e locali e ci ha aiutato anche a salire le valigie.
L'appartamento è assolutamente comodo, dotato di tutto l'essenziale dalla lavatrice, allo stendino, al ferro da stiro, all'asciugacapelli, al frigo. Anche la cucina è ben attrezzata anche se noi non l'abbiamo usata. Posizione vicino a tante spiagge, al mare si può andare a piedi. Tuttavia il centro di Saranda dista una ventina di minuti a piedi e se si vuole spostarsi su altre zone come Ksamil ci si impiega circa 25 minuti con auto oppure c'è anche il collegamento con bus proprio sotto l appartamento.
Super consigliato sia per famiglie che per coppie.
La mancanza di parcheggio. Difficilmente si riesce a trovare per chi arriva in auto.
Da migliorare la pulizia dell appartamento che non era ottimale e la fornitura di asciugamani poiché quelli presenti erano molto vecchi (consiglio per chi alloggia di portare un cambio da casa propria).

Kitchen had everything that you need. Is fully equiped. Tha bathroom was just fine. There is washing machine too. The view from the balcony is marvelous. You have clear sea view.
Close to the apartment you have markets and restaurants. Flamingo Beach and Mango Beach are few minutes away, it is walking distance.
We had some minor issues with WI FI, but Malvina was there to help us. She contacted the company and everything was fine within 5 minutes. Great WI FI. And there is cable TV.
I highly recommend this apartment.

great staff well comfortable I wouldn’t mind staying there again for its value.
Parking was a bit of a problem as there was no parking available
And the view from the balcony was limited due to the other properties one the side
