Polite Staff and pools

The house was absolutely nothing like the picture. We rented it as 2 floors, it was just one floor,1 room and very narrow. There was another car in the parking lot of our apartment and they did not move the car despite warnings for 3 days. Parking was a big problem. It was far from the beach, although there were buses going to the beach, this was not possible with the bags we had. The bus stop was not close either. We went with our own car and had a parking problem there or we parked our car in places where we had to pay 1,50€ per hour and 10€ per day. It caused a lot of stress. We had to change the house for an additional 80€. Even though we only stayed there for one night, the mosquitoes bit me up in 10 minutes and my eye swelled day by day and we bought medicine from the pharmacy and paid for it also of course. I had swollen eyes for 4 days. Although it was in the same complex, the other side did not have such a big mosquito and parking problem. It was better. The pools were clean and beautiful. The double-storey house was more spacious, but it was very expensive and the parking problem was annoying. The staff were very polite and tried to be helpful but it didn't work very well. This part is irrelevant, but our car was hit by a bus while trying to go to the beach, it was quite tense for these reasons.We chose it because the price was a bit affordable, but we spent a lot of money more than we think. I don't think we will ever go there again. I recommend you to read every details carefully!!

Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig, ansonsten in Ordnung

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und die gesamte Anlage ist wirklich schön gestaltet. Besonders die beiden Pools waren echt in Ordnung und nie überfüllt.. Auch die Spielplätze für Kinder sind liebevoll angelegt und bieten viel Spaß und Abwechslung. Positiv hervorzuheben ist zudem, dass der Betreiber sehr entgegenkommend reagierte, als wir zunächst einen zu kleinen Parkplatz zugewiesen bekamen und um eine Möglichkeit zur Schattierung unseres sonnigen Grundstücks baten.

Die Unterkunft war leider vorher nicht wirklich gereinigt worden. Nahezu überall befanden sich Haare. Selbst in den Betten. Das war wirklich ekelhaft.

Ein schöner, preisgünstiger Spätsommerurlaub, der unsere Erwartungen größtenteils erfüllt hat!

Die Terrasse mit Feuerstelle ist sehr nett und zweckmäßig, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz nah. Die Pools sind sauber und neu.

Ab zweiten Urlaubstag, 15. September, wurden beide Pools geschlossen, was uns sehr enttäuscht hat. Wussten wir beim Buchen nicht!

Din pacate nu pot sa spun că mi a plăcut ceva la locuința care am primit-o pentru că am fost foarte nemulțumită de condițiile care le am găsit acolo, domnișoara de la agenție a spus cu nonșalanță că pozele de pe site sunt fictive și că așa se face in general la toate agențiile. Dar pentru noi a fost prima oară în 4 ani când am pățit sa rezerv ceva și să primesc alceva. In primul rand foarte greu ne a fost sa ne spălăm pentru că dusul era minuscul și nu am avut loc asta pe langa micul musafir care l-am găsit în baie (șopârla)care cred că era mai speriata de cat mine. Urcarea la etaj către dormitor era o adevărată aventură având în vedere că scara era cam șubredă si se misca toată. Cu paturile Nu am ce sa zic au fost pe o scară de 1 la 10 relativ de un 4 nu mă așteptam la paturi de lux . Nu am avut o oala sau o tigaie in bucătărie cum găseam la alte locuințe dar trec și peste asta dar cu părere de râu spun că nu aș mai rezerva niciodată la Trivoli sper sa nu mai pățească nimeni așa ceva. Din păcate am platit o sumă frumușică și sincer nu așteptam lux, dar cat de cat conform și să nu fi nevoita să îți dezinfectezi baia că sa o poți folosi!!!!

Terribile aiuto da parte dell'agenzia solo per la nostra giovane età

Di solito non scrivo mai recensioni perché mi sono sempre trovata bene con le mie esperienze passate, ma la mia vacanza presso il residence Tivoli é stato un incubo. A partire dalla poca organizzazione della agenzia fin da subito, ci siamo trovati degli estranei nel nostro appartamento perché accidentalmente avevano collocato sia noi che loro nella stessa abitazione. La parte peggiore della nostra vacanza e stato il giorno di arrivo quando,la sera dopo una lunga passeggiata in spiaggia fatta apposita per non fare confusione nel residence, al nostro arrivo, mentre ci stavamo preparando per andare a dormire una vicina inizia a inveire contro dalla finestra accanto e prende pure la decisione di introdursi in casa nostra. La signora ha ferito una ragazza lanciandole una sedia addosso e mi ha pure strattonata dicendomi che voleva che io uscissi da quella abitazione, concludendo tutto lanciando un’altra sedia contro la porta di ingresso. L’appartamento in se é veramente sporco, sporcizia ai livelli di trovare le cimici da letto (trovate). C’era un odore imperterrito di fogna e le lenzuola pulite da loro erano anch’esse sporche. Appartamento da buttare, la bombola del gas scarica, frigorifero poco funzionante e sedie rotte, letti pure. Il trattamento dai noi ricevuto dopo ulteriori lamentele é stato di menefreghismo puro, ci hanno trattato come dei bugiardi poiché erano increduli nonostante i vari referti medici da noi forniti.

Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig. Man sollte definitiv einiges von zu Hause mitbringen. Unsere Dusche war so klein. Ein etwas stämmiger und großer Mensch hätte nicht rein gepasst. Wir waren leider in einem unrenovierten Haus. Da das Wetter gut war. Waren wir den ganzen Tag am Strand. Sonst ist die Anlage cool. Es hat im Ort viele Möglichkeiten

Leider unrenoviertes Apartment gehabt. Es fehlte an den einfachsten Dingen. Möbel alt und kaputt und zum Teil dreckig

Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Świetna lokalizacja, spoko baseny, blisko świetnie zaopatrzony sklepik. Polecam większe zakupy robić w Lidlu, ale przygotujcie się na tłok. Super pizza na przeciwko. Cisza i spokój. Czuliśmy się bezpiecznie.

Brak wifi w standardzie. Troche za zimna woda w basenie. Mało talerzy i sztućców na wyposażeniu. Brak rusztu w grillu, trzeba coś ogarnąć samemu.

Moderne, einfache Einrichtung, ausreichend Platz und nicht weit vom Strand, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Ganz nette Anlage.

Eine etwas erweiterte Grundausstattung, Also vielleicht Salz, Pfeffer, Spül- oder Putzmittel. Ablagefläche im Bad nicht vorhanden. Der Pool war geschlossen. Das hätte man uns vorher mitteilen sollen, weil dies ein Grund war, warum wir dort gebucht haben.

La posizione del villaggio, i parcheggi riservati, l'idea delle isole abitative a pentagono

la posizione e il villaggio sono molto carini, posto silenzioso anche se era poco abitato. La disposizione delle abitazioni consente privacy, andrebbe curata di più la pulizia alla consegna dei locali, ho trovato diverse ragnatele, poche dotazioni (stracci, mollette per i panni, bombola del gas esaurita, frigorifero spento, materassi non proprio confortevoli). Il villaggio merita molte più attenzioni vista la posizione centrale e non caotica

Det lå forholdvis tæt på byen.

Vi havde booket en af de små lejligheder i de gamle bygninger. Og det var virkelig gammelt, der lugtede af skimmel i skabene, sengene var itu, der manglede en masse i køkkenet, der var beskidt og der lugtede af gammel urin på toilettet. Der var ingen solvogne ved poolen. Og der er langt til stranden

Appartamento posizionato nel verde con giardino e barbecue

Appartamento tenuto malissimo dai proprietari/agenzia : Spine elettriche rotte e staccate dal muro, spine delle abat-jout spezzate, lampadine bruciate, collegamenti elettrici degli elettrodomestici con fili e ciabatte di corrente penzolanti e a vista pericolosissimi e del tutto fuori norma, TV senza segnale antenna INUTILIZZABILE per tutto il soggiorno, porta del bagno sfalsata che non chiude, tavolette dei WC vecchie di decenni con colore nero/grigio sporco anzichè bianco, passatoie esterne di collegamento con buchi e voragini che al buio non vedi e puoi farti male. Anche se l'agenzia ha mandato un manutentore si è potuto fare ben poco: cambiate solo lampadine e abat-jour, il resto è rimasto nelle pessime condizioni, veramente inacettabile anche per chi ha spirito di adattamento. PISCINE CHIUSE nella pausa pranzo e SENZA OMBRELLONI e/o LETTINI, capisco l'orario di riposo ma non potere sdraiarsi a leggere un libro o prendere sole in piscina è veramente fuori luogo.

Agencja Lampo na swoich stronach przedstawia najlepsze obiekty chyba jakie ma. Tym samym wprowadza w błąd klienta. "apartament" brudny, odrapany ogólnie stary, Polska lata '80. Ogólnie nie polecam, chyba że prześlą zdjęcia dokładnego apartamentu w którym zostaniecie umieszczeni. Lecz raczej proszę wybrać inną agencje. W Bibione byłem 3 raz i 2 poprzednie przebijają o 100% pod względem atrakcyjności apartamentu.
