Everything. Amazing location with amazing views, no noise. Just a tip: there’s a supermarket down the steps but they are twice more expensive than other supermarkets 10 minutes away (walking distance).

The spaciousness of the villa, the air con. in communal areas was wonderful. The garden was spacious . The location is a 5 min walk to the beach, the beach itself was lovely with shallow waters for children, there were restaurants along the beach but need to book ahead at weekends. The nearby shop was excellent. The owner was very repsponsive and friendly. The sun loungers in the garden were great and we used them a lot. The steps from the back gate down to the shop were handy, but not well maintained and a little scary in places.

I have never been anywhere, where I had to strip the beds and wash the bedding and towels before we left, but that did save us €13 per person. Unfortunately the weather was extremely hot and though listed as air conditioned this was only in the communal areas, so not the bedrooms. We had to keep bedroom doors open to allow the cold air from the hallway into the rooms (there were ceiling fans but only one out of three, worked well). The access to the pool, although listed as at extra charge, was not organised and when we enquired at the hotel across the way, they told us we couldn't use their pool but could pay to use their sports club. There were no instructions on how to do this and when I looked on-line it was 20+ euros for the day including a buffet lunch. The owner had said that if we gave them the villa number, we might get a discount. We had eaten at the sports club and the food was not good, so we decided not to bother with the pool, we did use the beach which was family friendly and we took sand mats provided in the villa. There was no children's play area as listed, I expected to find a slide or swing in the garden. I think the issue I am unhappy with is the misleading listing on booking.com, rather than the owners or quality and cleanliness of the villa.

Die Villa befindet sich an einer sehr guten Lage. Restaurants, kleiner Laden für Lebensmittel und Pool/Wellness (gegen Gebühr) befinden sich in nächster Nähe. Grössere Supermärkt befinden sich in Cambrils und können mit dem Auto erreicht werden. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Vor allem in der Küche ist mehr als genügend Geschirr vorhanden. Die Betten waren gemütlich und der Wintergarten war super, da es während unserem Aufenthalt öfters etwas windig war. Man kann direkt an der Strasse vor dem Haus parkieren und zu Fuss ist man schnell unten am Strand. Die Lage ist zudem sehr ruhig. Lediglich Abends hört man die Musik vom Unterhaltungsprogramm des Hotels. Uns hat dies jedoch nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war stets freundlich und man hat jeweils zügig eine Antwort erhalten. Die Villa sowie der Garten sind gut gepflegt (Gärtner kam einmal vorbei). Eigentümerin ist auch bemüht, entstandene Mängel schnell zu beheben (bevor wir kamen, war anscheinend etwas beim Fenster kaputt, aber es kam direkt jemand, um dies zu reparieren).

Abfallsäcke und Toilettenpapier waren leider nicht vorhanden und mussten selber gekauft werden. Wir hatten erwartet, dass dies bei der Grundausstattung vorhanden ist. Zudem muss die Bett- und Frotteewäsche vor check-out gewaschen werden. Entsprechend kann man den letzten Morgen nicht mehr richtig geniessen, da man mit der Wäsche beschäftigt ist. Für Leute, die früh auf den Flughafen müssen, kann das eventuell auch etwas stressig werden. Es wäre somit schön, wenn es eine Option gäbe, bei der man mehr für die Endreinigung bezahlt und dafür die Wäsche gewaschen wird.
