Heated Pool, Views, & Trail Access: Phoenix Escape

So many great things to say about this property! The HOSTS were outstanding and available to answer any questions promptly. Check in was a breeze and check out directions were clear and printed out. The LOCATION is perfect. A short drive to the grocery store, restaurants and the airport. There is even a beautiful park for the kids that is a short walk away. The CLEAN house was spotless and spacious. The property was KID friendly and SAFE with a pool gate and many pool toys. The HEATED POOL was clean and safe. The area around the pool was spacious and perfect for relaxing and dining with grilled food from the clean gas grill. The fire pit would be perfect to watch the stars on cool evenings. The KITCHEN was fully stocked and there were plenty of often used food items (ie. spices, baking supplies etc) left for our use. The eating area had enough space for 6 people and so nice for breakfast gatherings. The BATHROOMS were fully stocked as well with plenty of soap and hair products. The beds were comfortable and linens were fresh and clean! The laundry room was outfitted with new machines and plenty of detergents. The house backed up to HIKING TRAILS that we used everyday. The view was beautiful and private. SAFETY was also noticed with a locked side gate and dead bolts on home. Plantation shutters were beautiful and also added privacy during evening hours. I liked everything about this home and if we are ever in Phoenix again, this will be our home away from home!!!

Not fond of electric stoves but I don't think that can be helped in a rental property.
